For Data analyst · 8 Grok Bots

An analytics back office that scopes every request and keeps every number honest

8 Grok Bots for a solo data analyst: capture every request, check a table before you pull it, draft read-only SQL and dashboard specs, keep one definition per metric, and write up findings with caveats — all as drafts you run and approve.

The problem it targets

Holding the whole request queue in one head — ad-hoc asks arriving by chat and email with no clear question, source tables whose freshness and gaps nobody has checked, SQL re-written from scratch every time, metric definitions that drift between dashboards, and query results that land as a bare number with no caveat — so a request slips, a stale table gets reported as current, two dashboards disagree on the same metric, and the writeup overclaims what the data can support.

What you get

From day one

1

Every incoming data request captured and scoped — question, requester, and deadline — and each source table checked for freshness and gaps before a number is pulled from it.

2

Read-only SQL drafted from a clear spec with the metric definition shown, plus a dashboard spec and the query behind each panel, ready for you to run and build.

3

One agreed definition kept per metric with a drift flag, and a stakeholder writeup that states the source, freshness, and caveats behind every number.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not run. Every query, dashboard, and writeup waits for you to execute and share.
  • ×It is read-only against the warehouse and BI datasets. It never writes to a table, publishes a dashboard, or touches production on its own.
  • ×It never decides how a metric is defined — it keeps and flags definitions; the call is yours.
  • ×It never reports a number that is not traced to its query and source table.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of incoming data requests captured with a clear question, owner, and deadline and closed within their window, and share of delivered numbers whose writeup states its source, freshness, and caveats

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

request-queue
the header contract for the request queue every bot reads.
metric-dictionary
your agreed metric definitions; every query and dashboard draws from here.
query-spec

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
