For Equity research / investment analyst · 8 Grok Bots

A research desk that catches every filing and keeps your model tied to the print

8 Grok Bots for a solo equity analyst: watch the filings and earnings calendar on your covered names, draft the model update the morning after a print, prep your management calls, and draft the note for compliance review — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Holding a coverage list in one head — watching filings and 8-Ks across every name, re-keying reported actuals into models the morning after each print, chasing consensus and estimate revisions, prepping question lists before management and expert calls, and drafting notes from scratch under a compliance clock — so a filing slips past, a model drifts from what was reported, and the note goes out late.

What you get

From day one

1

Every filing, 8-K, and earnings print on your covered names caught before the next session, logged in your watchlist with the next catalyst set — so nothing on your coverage list goes unwatched.

2

A model update drafted the morning after each print, keyed line-by-line to the filing and reconciled against your estimate, plus a management-call question list built from the transcript history.

3

A research note drafted from the model and your thesis, sourced line by line and ready for compliance review, and a weekly coverage summary with every estimate revision traceable to its model line.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not publish. Every research note goes through your firm's compliance and supervisory review before it leaves, and you send it — the fleet never publishes or distributes.
  • ×It sets no rating, no estimate, and no price target — those are your judgment, and it proposes nothing as a decision.
  • ×It uses only public filings and your own permissioned sources; anything that could be material non-public information is stopped and handed to you, never recorded or acted on.
  • ×It never moves money, never touches a live setting, and reaches only your own opted-in network.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of covered names whose filings and earnings prints are captured before the next trading session, and share of prints whose model update is drafted and tied to the filing the same day, for the analyst to review

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

coverage-watchlist
the header contract for the coverage list every bot reads.
model-inputs
the input lines your earnings model expects; reported actuals are keyed only against these labels.
research-note
the layout your published notes follow, so drafts route cleanly into compliance review.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
