For HR consultant · 8 Grok Bots

An HR back office that drafts handbooks, flags compliance gaps, and tracks every engagement

8 Grok Bots for an independent HR consultant: log each engagement, draft handbook and policy sections, flag classification and posting gaps, draft job descriptions and comp bands, schedule sessions, and report the week — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Carrying several clients at once between meetings — logging a new engagement or a fraught employee-relations matter, redrafting a handbook section from memory, checking exempt versus non-exempt classification and posting gaps by hand, writing job descriptions and comp bands one at a time, and keeping every client's status and hours straight — so deliverables slip, compliance gaps sit unflagged, and billable time leaks into admin.

What you get

From day one

1

Every new engagement and employee-relations matter logged the moment it lands, in the client's own words, and triaged sensitive versus routine — so nothing is lost between client meetings.

2

Handbook and policy sections drafted from the client's own baseline with divergences flagged, plus a classification and compliance review that flags exempt/non-exempt, I-9, EEO and posting gaps for your review — never a legal determination.

3

Job descriptions and comp bands drafted from the client's own data with the arithmetic shown, a proposed session schedule with agendas and follow-ups ready to send, and a one-page weekly practice digest with every number linked to its source.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send. Every message, policy, and flag list waits for your approval.
  • ×It never issues a legal determination and never files anything with an agency; classification and compliance findings are drafts for you and client counsel to decide.
  • ×It uses only the client's own records and your own opted-in network. It does not buy lists or reach anyone you have not chosen, and it never looks up a person outside the engagement they belong to.
On-time
deliverable and flagged-gap rate
How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of engagement deliverables drafted by their due date, and share of classification, posting and comp gaps flagged for the client before they surface as risk

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

engagement-tracker
the header contract for the engagement tracker every bot reads and writes.
handbook-section
your own handbook wording and structure; policy drafts start from the client's baseline, not a template.
comp-band
the client's own role and comp inputs; comp bands come only from here.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
