For MSP / IT services provider · 8 Grok Bots

A managed-services back office that catches every client's SLA and keeps the QBR honest

8 Grok Bots for a small MSP: triage the multi-tenant queue, turn RMM alerts into incident briefs, draft client updates, scope change orders, track patch and vulnerability gaps, and build each client's QBR — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Holding a whole book of client environments in one head — scanning the multi-tenant PSA queue for what is breaching or unassigned, sorting real incidents out of a wall of RMM alerts, chasing which device on which client is unpatched or exposed, re-typing the same client incident and maintenance updates per tenant, scoping and quoting change orders from a rate card by hand, and rebuilding every client QBR from PSA and RMM exports before the review — so a client SLA breaches unseen, a critical patch is missed, an update goes to the wrong tenant, and the QBR is a scramble.

What you get

From day one

1

The whole book's PSA queue scanned and every ticket at risk of breaching a client's SLA flagged, plus RMM alerts turned into a short incident brief with the affected client, device, and likely fix.

2

A client update drafted per tenant in your voice for each incident or maintenance window, and a change order scoped and quoted from your approved rate card with the arithmetic shown — every one ready for you to review and send.

3

A ranked per-client patch and vulnerability remediation list, and a per-client QBR built from your PSA and RMM exports with every number traceable to its row.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send. Every client update, quote, and notice waits for your approval, and each update is checked against the right tenant before it goes out.
  • ×It never patches, reboots, or changes a client's live environment on its own — every remediation is a request you approve and run in a maintenance window.
  • ×It never shares one client's data into another tenant, never quotes a rate or term off your approved rate card, and never signs a SOW or moves money.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of tickets at risk of a first-response SLA breach flagged before they breach, and share of scoped changes that leave with a rate-card-priced quote drafted for the client to approve

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

queue
the header contract for the multi-tenant ticket log every bot reads.
rate-card
your approved labor rates and package prices. Quotes come only from here.
client-updates
your own wording for incident, outage, and maintenance-window updates to your opted-in client contacts.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
