For Pharma sales rep · 8 Grok Bots

A field back office that keeps your detailing on-label and your samples audit-ready

8 Grok Bots for a pharma rep: plan the territory, brief every call, keep every message tied to an approved piece, log calls same-day, reconcile samples, and build the territory review — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Holding a whole territory in your head between calls — routing across tiers of HCPs, re-reading approved pieces so nothing drifts off-label, tracking sample counts and signatures for PDMA, writing up call notes and next steps at night from memory, and rebuilding the territory picture before every business review — so a good message drifts, a sample count goes unreconciled, a follow-up slips, and the territory review is a guess.

What you get

From day one

1

A current HCP target list and a proposed route for the day, so no priority prescriber goes untouched and you drive a plan instead of a guess.

2

A pre-call plan for each visit and a call message drafted only from your current MLR-approved piece, with anything off-label or off-piece flagged for medical affairs before you walk in.

3

A drafted same-day call note and follow-up, a sample reconciliation that matches counts to signed receipts for PDMA, and a weekly territory review with every number traced to its records.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send or file. Every message, note, and sample record waits for your approval.
  • ×It never writes a product claim of its own — messages come only from your current approved library, and anything off-label or off-piece is flagged for medical affairs.
  • ×It never files a PDMA record, adjusts a sample count, or logs a call final on your behalf, and it reaches only the HCPs already on your assigned target list.
Compliant-reach
and sample-reconciliation rate
How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of planned calls that went in with an on-label, approved-piece message and a same-day logged next step, and share of sample transactions reconciled to a signed receipt before period close

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

target-list
the header contract for the HCP target list every bot reads.
approved-content
the index of your current MLR-approved pieces and their expiry. Messages come only from here.
sample-log
the sample inventory and disbursement record, with the signature column PDMA requires.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
