For Pricing analyst · 9 Grok Bots

A pricing back office that makes every margin traceable and every discount checked

9 Grok Bots for a pricing analyst: log each quote, build the cost-and-margin math, gather a market reference, draft a defensible price recommendation, check discounts against the bands, model the volume trade-off, and assemble the committee view — all as drafts you and the approver decide.

The problem it targets

Turning raw inputs into a defensible price — pulling cost and volume data for each quote, rebuilding the margin math by hand, chasing the competitor and list-price reference, checking every discount request against bands the analyst has to remember, modeling what a change does to volume and margin, and reassembling the committee view every cycle — so quotes go out on stale margin, discounts slip past the guardrails, and the recommendation is a number nobody can trace.

What you get

From day one

1

Every quote and deal request logged with its inputs, a cost-and-margin build-up rebuilt from booked costs with the arithmetic shown, and a competitor reference drawn only from sources you already saved.

2

A defensible price recommendation drafted with the margin at each candidate point, plus a discount check against your approved bands with any exception flagged for an approver.

3

A what-if scenario table for a proposed price change, and a pricing-committee view each cycle with every number traceable to its price-file row.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not decide. Every recommendation, discount check, and committee view waits for you and the approver, and it never sets a live price or updates the price list.
  • ×It never approves a discount or an out-of-band exception — that sign-off stays with the approver.
  • ×It uses only booked costs and your approved price file for every margin; it never invents, rounds, or plugs a number.
  • ×It builds the market reference only from the public sources you have already saved and points to, respecting each site's terms.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of quotes and price recommendations whose margin traces to a booked cost and an approved price-file row, and the share of discount requests checked against the approved bands before they reach an approver

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

cost-buildup
the header contract for the cost lines every margin build-up reads.
price-file
your approved list prices, margin floors, and discount bands. Margin and bands come only from here.
discount-log
the queue of discount requests the reviewer checks against the bands.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
