For Restaurant owner · 8 Grok Bots

A back-of-house crew that costs your dishes, plans prep, and catches vendor overcharges

8 Grok Bots for an independent restaurant: log the shift, recost every dish, build prep pars, reconcile delivery invoices, schedule the floor, and read the week — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Running the numbers after service — reconciling a stack of delivery invoices against the order guide, recosting dishes as prices creep, counting inventory to build tomorrow's prep pars, writing next week's schedule against a covers guess, and reading guest feedback — so margin quietly erodes, the line runs out of a prep item mid-rush, and short deliveries get paid in full because there is no time to sit down with the paperwork.

What you get

From day one

1

The night's service logged from your POS export the moment you close — covers, sales mix, comps, voids and guest notes — plus every menu dish recosted from your own recipe cards so you see margin before it hurts the month.

2

A prep par sheet scaled to tomorrow's covers forecast, and delivery invoices reconciled line by line against your order guide with price creep, short-ships and a credit request drafted for you to send.

3

A weekly shift schedule held to your labor target, a one-page digest of covers, food cost and labor, and specials notes drafted for your own opted-in regulars to publish yourself.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send. Every schedule, credit request, invoice note, and guest post waits for your approval.
  • ×It uses only your own recipe cards, invoices, inventory, and opted-in guest list; it reaches no one you have not chosen and reprices no dish on its own.
  • ×It never pays or moves money, never places a vendor order, and never acts on a food-safety flag — it surfaces it for your decision.
Food-cost
and labor-target hit rate
How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of menu dishes kept within their target food-cost band, and share of weeks the labor cost lands within the owner's target as a share of sales

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

service-log
the header contract for the service log every bot reads and writes.
recipe-cards
your dishes, ingredients, yields, and target food-cost bands. Plate costs come only from here.
order-guide
your vendors, items, and agreed case prices. Reconciliation compares only against this.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
