For Senior accountant · 8 Grok Bots

A close-desk back office that drafts your hardest reconciliations and the memo behind them

8 Grok Bots for a senior accountant: index the workpapers, draft the harder reconciliations and accruals, write the flux narrative, research the technical question to a cited memo, and track your review notes on the staff's work — all as drafts you review and post.

The problem it targets

Carrying the hard part of the close alone — chasing support for the accounts you own, drafting the reconciliations and accruals that need judgment, writing the flux and variance narrative from a spreadsheet by hand, digging up the accounting guidance for a one-off question, and reviewing the staff's entries before they reach the controller — so cutoff day runs late, the memo never gets written down, and the review notes live in your head.

What you get

From day one

1

Your close checklist pulled and every assigned account's workpaper and support indexed, with the missing or stale support flagged before cutoff.

2

Your harder reconciliations drafted with the GL tied to its support, your accruals and reclass entries drafted with the debit, credit, and support laid out, and the flux narrative drafted from the ledger with each movement cited.

3

A technical-accounting question researched into a short memo that cites the guidance paragraph by paragraph, and your review notes on the staff's work tracked with the messages drafted for you.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not post. Every journal entry, reconciliation, memo, and message waits for your review, and only you post to the ledger or close the period.
  • ×It never reaches the conclusion on a technical-accounting question — the memo lays out the guidance and you decide and sign.
  • ×It works only from the ledger, the support in your folder, and authoritative guidance; it never invents a number or a source, and it flags anything unsupported rather than filling the gap.
  • ×It never moves money, changes an ERP setting, or sends a review note or support request on its own.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of the senior accountant's assigned accounts that carry a drafted, tied-out reconciliation with support cited before the close deadline, and share of flux and memo drafts where every number traces to a ledger row or a guidance paragraph

the header contract for the workpaper index every bot reads.
reconciliation
the layout of a tied-out reconciliation; the format your workpapers use.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
