A strategy back office that keeps your narrative defensible and your initiatives tracked

8 Grok Bots for a head of strategy: organize the planning cycle, brief the market, model the bets, draft the board narrative, track every initiative, and build the weekly readout — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Holding the whole strategy process in one head — chasing planning-cycle inputs across the exec team, re-researching competitors and the market before every review, hand-building the models behind each bet, rewriting the board deck from a blank page every quarter, and reconstructing which initiatives actually moved — so the narrative is late, the numbers are un-traceable, and a slipping initiative surfaces in the board room instead of before it.

What you get

From day one

1

Every planning-cycle input, decision, and open question organized in one record, and a market and competitive intelligence brief before each review with every claim cited to its source.

2

A modeled business case for each strategic bet — base, downside, and upside — with the arithmetic shown and each assumption flagged, plus a board narrative drafted from the plan and traceable numbers.

3

Every committed initiative tracked on-track, slipping, or stalled with its status sourced, and a one-page weekly strategy readout of what moved, what is at risk, and what needs a decision.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send. Every board narrative, note, and pre-read waits for your approval.
  • ×It never decides a bet, commits a number, or chooses what goes to the board — the strategic call is yours.
  • ×It works only your own opted-in network and the sources you point to; it never reaches anyone you have not chosen.
  • ×It never states a market claim, model input, or forecast without citing its source.
Review-ready
and initiative-traceable rate
How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of board and exec reviews walked into with a drafted narrative and every number traceable to its source, and share of committed initiatives carrying a current, sourced status before the review

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

planning-record
the layout of the single planning record every bot reads and adds to.
business-case
the layout of a modeled case; every input is cited to your own strategy data sheets.
initiative-tracker
the header contract for the committed-initiative log the tracker and reporter read.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
